WordPress booking systems
Booking systems that work for your customers — and your business.
We build and connect WordPress booking systems for hotels, accommodation providers, wellness businesses, therapists, studios and service-led venues.
Simple to book. Straightforward to manage. Properly connected to the platforms, marketing tools and reports you already rely on.
Predictable software costs
Annual
booking software licence
No monthly
booking-software subscription
No limits
based on bookings, rooms, services or staff
Applies to the WordPress systems we typically recommend. Payment processors, external platforms and optional Caribou maintenance are charged separately.
Take control of direct bookings
Less admin. Fewer gaps. A better customer journey.
A good booking system does much more than put a calendar on your website. It shows the right availability, handles the details you need, takes payment where appropriate and keeps customers informed without your team chasing every step manually.
We configure the whole journey around the way your business actually operates — not the other way round.
A joined-up booking journey

Built around your operation
Rooms, treatments, classes or appointments.
The customer experience should feel simple even when the rules behind it are not.
Hospitality
Accommodation and venue bookings
For hotels, B&Bs, holiday lets, retreats, inns, serviced accommodation and experience-led venues.
We can configure rooms and property types, seasonal pricing, minimum stays, occupancy rules, deposits, extras, discount codes, taxes and availability — then connect everything to the channels you sell through.
Wellness & fitness
Services, sessions and classes
For spas, salons, therapists, coaches, clinics, gyms, studios and wellness businesses.
We can handle multiple services, durations, locations and team members, plus buffers, group capacity, recurring sessions, packages, deposits, intake forms and automated reminders.
Channel managers & booking platforms
One source of truth for availability.
Selling through your own website, Booking.com, Airbnb and other booking platforms can quickly become messy if availability is not synchronised properly.
We’re familiar with channel managers, Booking.com and its Pulse app, Airbnb and other online travel agents. We connect the moving parts, map rooms and rates correctly, test the data flow and make sure new reservations update availability across the right channels.
The aim is simple: fewer manual updates, less chance of double-booking and a much clearer view of what is happening.
We can help with

Connected data
Your booking system should talk to your marketing.
A booking is not just a date in a calendar. It is revenue, customer data, a source, a service or room choice and the beginning of an ongoing relationship.
We connect booking data with CRM and marketing platforms so you can automate useful communications, build better customer segments and understand which activity is actually driving bookings.
Reporting and automation
CRM contact creation and updates
Pre-arrival or appointment sequences
Post-visit follow-up and review requests
Abandoned enquiry follow-up
Consent and preference capture
Google Analytics and conversion tracking
Campaign source reporting
Revenue and occupancy dashboards
A more sensible cost model
Grow bookings without growing the software bill every month.
For suitable WordPress projects, we favour established booking software with an annual licence rather than an ongoing monthly software subscription tied to your size or success.
Annual licence
A predictable software renewal rather than another monthly platform bill.
No volume tiers
No higher software fee because you add rooms, services, team members or take more bookings.
Support when needed
Choose a Caribou WordPress maintenance pack for ongoing updates and support, or come back to us for project work.
External services can still carry their own charges, including payment processing, SMS, channel managers and commissions charged by online travel agents. We’ll explain the full cost picture before recommending a setup.

Booking system FAQs
A few sensible questions.
Can you add a booking system to our existing WordPress website?
Usually, yes. We’ll review the site, hosting and current setup first, then confirm whether integration or a wider rebuild is the more sensible route.
Can it take deposits and online payments?
Yes. We can configure deposits, balances or full payment through suitable gateways. The payment provider’s own transaction charges still apply.
Do we need a monthly maintenance package?
No. Ongoing Caribou maintenance is optional, although we recommend it for security, software updates, backups and support on a business-critical booking system.
Can you connect Booking.com and Airbnb?
Yes, where the selected booking system and channel manager support the required connection. We can configure and test availability synchronisation, room mapping and reservation flows.
Can booking data feed our CRM?
Yes. Depending on the systems involved, we can use native integrations, APIs, webhooks or automation tools to pass useful booking and customer data into your CRM and marketing platform.
Can you migrate existing bookings?
Often, yes. The safest method depends on the old and new systems, the available export format and the quality of the data. We’ll scope this before anything is moved.
